SATISFACTION Contractors in particular like using a PMIS for this purpose, with 38% reporting being very satisfied with it and another 30% reporting being satisfied. While less likely to select the top rating, owners still report strong satisfaction levels as well. IMPACT OF DOUBLE ENTRY FOR SUBMITTALS However, when using two systems, contractors still struggle with productivity issues in their use of a PMIS system for submittals. Over half also report at least moderate impacts on the frequency of data entry errors and the speed of decision-making that results from duplicating their efforts on submittals.
