2 1 Education Safety Education In order to create a risk-free jobsite, employees must be trained to anticipate certain hazards and understand the proper protocol to prevent them from happening. Associations like OSHA and CCOHS offer safety-centric training courses, but the most successful safety programs include company-led training seminars on a recurring basis. Toolbox Talks are a great example of short sessions that are designed to keep safety at the forefront of your employees' minds. Document attendance and test comprehension with electronic forms on mobile devices.
