In order to create a risk-free jobsite, employees must be trained to anticipate
certain hazards and understand the proper protocol to prevent them from
happening. Associations like OSHA and CCOHS offer safety-centric training
courses, but the most successful safety programs include company-led
training seminars on a recurring basis.
Toolbox Talks are a great example of short sessions that are designed
to keep safety at the forefront of your employees' minds. Document
attendance and test comprehension with electronic forms on mobile
devices. Use this information for reference in the event that an incident
