This high degree of change has left the industry in a state of flux, with half of the contractors characterizing themselves as neutral in terms of satisfaction, likely because they already have seen gains but expect to see more. While nearly all ways to improve data connectedness are seen as having value by owners and contractors, their highest level of enthusiasm is for getting the entire team on a single platform in order to better facilitate the sharing of data and to help resolve many of the challenges revealed in the study.
