START WITH THE RIGHT FORM With a paper-based process, foremen and project managers have to keep a big library of forms in their trucks and trailers. Still, having the correct and most up-to-date version on hand is a struggle. Instead, they pick a form closest to the right one or use a generic form. Both options limit the value of the data collected. Foremen and operators can access the entire library of electronic forms from mobile devices. They always have the right form, and bad excuses are replaced by good, timely data. Electronic forms can also be customized to capture the specific data required for each asset. Editing is easy, and "publishing" updated forms online is instantaneous.
