Labor hours from B2W Track field logs and from work logs created by the new mobile app are visible in a centralized location. From there, administrators and supervisors with appropriate credentials can review, approve and analyze hours and transfer data directly to accounting systems for payroll processing. Individual employees can create work logs with the app, or the logs can be created by administrators. Previous work logs can also be copied to save time in initiating new logs. The app includes a built-in workflow for electronic employee sign-off, submittal and validation. Employees can use the app in a real-time, online mode or they can create and modify work logs offline and send them to a server when a connection is established. Comprehensive, unified reporting and analysis The B2W Employee App complements field logs in B2W Track, giving contractors unified capabilities for collecting and analyzing data from individuals and from crews on job sites. B2W Track is used to record labor hours for crews along with production, material and equipment utilization, and other information with electronic field logs. Data from those field logs and from individual work logs can be aggregated to generate comprehensive and immediate reporting on project status according to tracking accounts.
